Key Responsibilities
✅ New Car Sales:
Meet model-wise sales targets for new car sales
Drive inquiries via events, digital ads, and promotions
Increase pipeline conversion rates and boost MSIL market share
Plan and execute ATL/BTL brand campaigns
Monitor manpower productivity, lead test drives, and dealership training
Sales forecasting and pipeline reviews
🤝 Dealer Management:
Oversee dealership sales and support KPIs
Plan dealer growth activities, set monthly targets
Recruit, guide, and motivate dealer teams
POS forecasting and dealer profitability improvement
Coordinate billing, claims, and logistics
🧾 Sales Support Activities:
Monitor targets for M-Insurance, M-Finance, True Value, MGA
Drive extended warranty, SSI, auto card sales
Ensure exceptional customer experiences from first contact to post-sale
📜 MSIL Policies & Processes:
Ensure SOP and DMS compliance at dealerships
Conduct BSC/financial audits and optimize dealer operations
Market Intelligence:
Collect feedback on products and services
Track competition trends, consumer schemes, and incentives
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA / PGDM (Full-Time) from UGC/AICTE-approved institute
Experience: 1–6 years in Sales (Automobile sales experience preferred)
