Role: Technical Voice Support
Location: Noida
Experience: 0–2 Years
Work Mode: Onsite | 5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA
Cab: Both-Side Cab Facility
Joiners: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries over voice calls professionally and promptly
Troubleshoot basic IT-related issues (network, system, software)
Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level tech teams
Log and document all calls in the ticketing system
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any graduate – B.Tech, BCA, BSc, MCA, M.Tech, or other streams (Arts, Commerce, etc.)
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic understanding of computer systems and networking
Flexibility:
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and offs
Immediate joiners preferred
