Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle including acquisition, deployment, tracking, and retirement.

• Oversee IT hardware asset portfolio in compliance with policies and audits (ISO20K, 27K).

• Optimize IT hardware usage and procurement strategies.

• Lead asset tracking processes and ensure contract accuracy (maintenance, lease, warranty).

• Supervise a team of IT asset specialists and drive KPIs and SLAs.

• Use MS Excel to work with large datasets and generate reports.

• Collaborate across geographies and manage vendor communications.

Required Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Information Technology

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management and Expense Management

• Hands-on experience with hardware lifecycle strategy, audits, and compliance

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Flexible to work in various shifts

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of HAM, Invoice Management & Expense Management

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM practices

• Experience handling purchase orders and vendor contracts

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under minimal supervision

• Strong Excel skills and data analysis proficiency
