Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow platform experience
Proficiency in:
ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, CSM
JavaScript, XML, HTML, REST/SOAP APIs
ServiceNow Scripting and Automation
Strong understanding of Discovery, Orchestration, and Integration
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Must be ServiceNow CSA Certified
Key Responsibilities
Customize core applications: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
Administer workflows, ACLs, UI policies, dictionary entries
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Enhance process automation through orchestration
Work closely with global teams to define technical solutions
Troubleshoot issues and support solution deployments
