Role: Service Desk Analyst (L1 & L2 Support)
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Work Mode: Onsite | 5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts & Offs
Language Proficiency: C1 Level
Department: IT Help Desk / End-user Support
Cab Facility: Both-side cabs available
Key Responsibilities
Accept and manage IT break-fix requests via multiple customer touchpoints
Provide Level 1 support and basic Level 2 troubleshooting
Remotely troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
Maintain detailed records of service interactions and escalations
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Service Desk / IT Support role
Strong knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting, both hardware and software
Excellent verbal communication skills (C1 proficiency required)
Must be flexible for rotational shifts
Must be available for 5-day work weeks with rotational offs
