Responsibilities
Resolve merchant tickets using Freshdesk & calls
Categorize tickets properly and respond promptly
Monitor customer transactions for compliance and risk
Understand merchant needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly and professionally over voice and email
Escalate and share merchant feedback with internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to bring impactful changes
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Willingness to work rotational shifts (9 AM–9 PM)
Proficiency in both email and voice-based processes
Familiarity with transaction monitoring & compliance
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, manage time, and pay close attention to detail
Good to Have
Previous experience working on Freshdesk or similar CRM tools
Understanding of Fintech or Banking industry
Passion for going the extra mile to keep customers happy
