About the Role
This role supports Commercial Loan and Mortgage Processing, working closely with Relationship Managers and underwriting teams. You will handle tasks related to pre-closing, post-closing, loan documentation, and customer servicing for high-value clients in the US market.
Detailed Overview
Key Responsibilities
Manage loan processing, appraisal, title, and UCC reviews
Perform data entry and validation using the CML system
Prepare loan documents using specialized software
Ensure compliance with credit, legal, and regulatory guidelines
Liaise with multiple internal teams: Credit, RM, Legal & Ops
Review financial documentation for entity verification
Handle high-priority service level pipelines with accuracy
Perform issue resolution, document checks, and reporting
Maintain service excellence and document accuracy
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Commercial Loans, Mortgage Processing, or BFSI operations
Strong background in pre-closing/post-closing support
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Prior experience with CML, UCC, Loan Structuring, or Title preferred
Comfortable working in night shifts and fast-paced settings
Well-versed with legal and loan compliance documentation
What You Bring
1–5 years of relevant mortgage/loan operations experience
Graduate (Bachelor’s required, PG preferred)
Strong attention to detail, decision-making, and service orientation
Proficiency in handling large volume pipelines
Familiarity with Loan Guidelines, Title Reviews, and Underwriting Support
