Key Responsibilities
Handle international voice-based queries with professionalism and speed
Support investment account issues, product inquiries, and transactions
Engage with high-value clients in the BFSI domain
Use CRM tools for ticketing, escalation, and resolution
Collaborate with global teams and ensure 24x7 customer service continuity
Escalate complex concerns per defined protocols
Maintain accuracy, empathy, and client servicing etiquette at all times
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period
Prior voice process experience, especially in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
Familiarity with investment-related terms and client interaction best practices
What You Bring
Excellent spoken English skills (international standards)
1–4 years of experience in customer support / international voice process
Strong knowledge or interest in Investment Banking, Wealth & Portfolio Management
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Willingness to work night shifts and from office (Bangalore)
