Step into the world of global finance by supporting international clients in Investment Banking and Wealth Management. You’ll play a crucial role in addressing client needs, resolving queries, and upholding Infosys’ global customer experience standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international voice-based queries with professionalism and speed

  • Support investment account issues, product inquiries, and transactions

  • Engage with high-value clients in the BFSI domain

  • Use CRM tools for ticketing, escalation, and resolution

  • Collaborate with global teams and ensure 24x7 customer service continuity

  • Escalate complex concerns per defined protocols

  • Maintain accuracy, empathy, and client servicing etiquette at all times



Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period

  • Prior voice process experience, especially in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)

  • Familiarity with investment-related terms and client interaction best practices



What You Bring

  • Excellent spoken English skills (international standards)

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer support / international voice process

  • Strong knowledge or interest in Investment Banking, Wealth & Portfolio Management

  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset

  • Willingness to work night shifts and from office (Bangalore)
