Key Responsibilities
Build scalable, event-driven microservices and REST APIs
Collaborate with product and platform teams to shape APIs and schemas
Write secure, production-ready code with strong unit testing and performance checks
Ensure clean code, test coverage, logging, tracing, and monitoring are part of every build
Embrace Continuous Delivery and automate deployment pipelines
Conduct and participate in code reviews as a learning tool for the team
Foster a global team culture inclusive of diverse time zones and backgrounds
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Java or Kotlin
Strong understanding of JVM ecosystem and Spring Boot
Proficient with JUnit or similar testing frameworks
Solid grasp of algorithmic complexity and optimization
Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerts)
Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Bonus Skills (Good-to-Have)
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and 12-factor app principles
Understanding of the logistics and supply chain domain
