Job Title: Associate Relationship Officer
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers Welcome!)
Locations: Multiple Rural Branches (Pan-India opportunities)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Identify and map household-level financial needs in assigned villages
Support Relationship Manager in identifying business owners/entrepreneurs for loan products
Conduct field audits, customer verifications, and post-loan disbursal checks
Generate new revenue by cross-selling banking services (loans, accounts, insurance, etc.)
Open new customer accounts and deepen rural banking penetration
Drive collections discipline and ensure data/documentation accuracy
Educate customers about online and digital banking tools
Recommend improvements for operational efficiency and community engagement
Who Can Apply?
Educational Qualification: Open to graduates from all streams: BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or equivalent
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in banking/financial services preferred
Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a rural mindset can also apply!
