Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Write database queries, perform CRUD operations, and create stored procedures
Prepare and execute manual/automated test cases
Resolve tickets and demonstrate proficiency in ITSM & Data Analytics tools
Drive innovation through experimentation
Analyst Trainee – Multicloud
Manage computing environments and monitor servers
Handle Windows, Networking, Database, Storage, and Cloud support
Participate in shift-based operations and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
Provide L1 tech support to clients
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Log and manage support tickets
Collaborate with IT teams for quick resolution
Eligibility & Skills
Education Criteria (Vary by Role):
2025 Graduates from 3-year full-time degrees
For IT & Integrated Smart Operations: BCA, BSc (CS, IT, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Stats)
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace: Any 3-year full-time degree
Academic Performance:
IT/Smart Ops: Min. 60% in X, XII, Diploma & UG (no rounding off)
Multicloud & DWS: Min. 50% in X, XII, Diploma & UG (no rounding off)
No standing arrears allowed at the time of joining
Required Skills:
Logical thinking, problem-solving, critical analysis
Verbal & written communication skills
Time management & team collaboration
Flexibility to work in any shift/location/technology
Other Requirements:
Indian nationals/OCIs currently residing in India
Candidates must be ready for 24/7 rotational shifts
PAN card and Voter ID/Passport mandatory for onboarding
