Role Overview
Genpact is hiring for the position of Business Analyst – SQL Developer, ideal for professionals with strong SQL skills and data visualization experience. This role involves writing complex queries, handling ETL processes, and designing analytical dashboards that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop complex T-SQL queries involving multiple tables, joins, subqueries in MS SQL Server
Perform ETL operations from MS Access to MS SQL Server
Create and manage stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions
Automate workflows using scheduled jobs in SQL Server
Modify and optimize database structures such as tables and constraints
Work with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS), and Analysis Services (SSAS)
Manage QlikView dashboard development and KPI reporting
Design and implement Star or Snowflake data models
Required Qualifications
B.Tech / MBA / MSc / MCA or equivalent degree
Solid experience in MS SQL Server development and optimization
Working knowledge of MS Access databases
Basic understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and dashboard creation using QlikView
Preferred Skills
Experience in QVD creation and management
Handling variables in QlikView
Familiarity with Section Access in QlikView
