Provide actionable insights to enhance user support and improve content moderation effectiveness.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of internal processes, tools, and platform-specific policies.
Deliver exceptional customer service by handling user concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Regularly engage in the review of sensitive or potentially disturbing content, including but not limited to:
Graphic violence
Self-harm or suicide-related content
Child exploitation and abuse
Hate speech and discriminatory material
